GATE 925 - JAZZ TRIO
GATE 925 Jazz Trio is a band created by drummer/percussionist/bongo player Alex Bartolozzi with the aim to propose a repertoire of Jazz and Latin Jazz standards but also some smooth funk/jazz played with a soft touch and groove in order to create a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere in bars, restaurants, Hotels, pubs or any other venue suitable for the lovers of this type of music.
Alex Bartolozzi, a professional and versatile session drummer and drums teacher with over 30 years of experience in Rock, Pop, Funk, R&B, Jazz, Latin and Folk Music. He has performed as a drummer in many venues both in Italy and UK but also as a percussionist in clubs and bars playing alongside DJ’s.
Nick Rixen, a great pianist, composer and piano teacher with a strong background in classical and jazz studies. Very popular among London jazz musicians he has performed in many venues in the UK and Germany. He has also released a few own albums https://nickrixen.wordpress.com/
Leslie Booth, a fantastic Bass player, originally from India, widely known in the London Jazz scene for over 35 years. With a wealth of experience, technical skills and professional attitude he has performed with many artists and bands in the UK and Europe.
