Sound therapy is applied through the use of Tibetan singing bowls. Each bowl has its own pitch, sound and vibration. Through a sound massage session the bowls are applied to parts of the body and the vibrations will aim to restore physical, emotional, and mental alignment and balance. The sound massage is applied to a single person.

A Sound bath session instead is a form of therapy for groups of people. People lay down on a mat, relax and benefit from the sound and vibrations of the singing bowls and fen gong played by the practitioner in order to restore calm and serenity.
